Seal Top Roof Management was founded on a simple conviction: commercial roofing clients deserve a partner who takes ownership of the outcome, not a subcontractor who disappears after signing the contract.
Based in Dacula, Georgia, we started by serving the greater Atlanta metro area with a commitment to technical precision and direct leadership. Over seven years, that commitment earned us the trust of general contractors, property managers, and facility directors across six Southeastern states.
Today, Seal Top operates across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama, managing complex commercial roofing projects from new construction to full restoration. We are manufacturer-authorized installers for some of the industry's most respected brands, and every project is led directly by our ownership team.

Where is Seal Top based and how far do you travel for projects?
Seal Top Roof Management is headquartered in Dacula, Georgia, east of Atlanta. We actively serve commercial roofing clients across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. For large commercial projects and established GC relationships, we travel as needed. If your project is in the Southeast and you need a reliable, certified roofing contractor, call us, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Are you manufacturer-authorized for the systems you install?
Yes. Seal Top holds authorizations from GAF, Duro-Last, Versico, Sika, and GACO. These aren't marketing affiliations, they're earned through factory training, demonstrated installation standards, and ongoing performance requirements. Authorization is what makes your manufacturer warranty valid. A non-authorized contractor installing the same membrane cannot issue a manufacturer warranty, regardless of what they claim.
What types of commercial clients do you work with?
Our primary clients are general contractors and commercial property managers. GCs bring us in as a roofing subcontractor on new construction, tenant improvement, and renovation projects where on-schedule delivery and OSHA compliance are critical. Property managers hire us for roof assessments, scheduled replacement, emergency repairs, and annual inspection programs across their portfolios. We do not serve residential clients.
How long has Seal Top been in business?
Seal Top Roof Management was founded in 2018 and has been operating continuously in the commercial roofing market for 8+ years. In that time, we've protected over 5 million square feet of commercial roofing across the Southeast. Our ownership team has been involved in commercial roofing before the company was formally established.
What makes Seal Top different from other commercial roofing contractors?
Three things: direct partner leadership on every project (not a project manager overseeing subs), our own trained crew (no brokered labor), and manufacturer-backed warranties on every system we install. Most commercial roofing contractors operate as brokers, they win the contract and subcontract the work. We built Seal Top specifically to operate differently, because we saw firsthand how that model produces inconsistent quality and unaccountable outcomes for GCs and property owners.
