An auto parts store in Cumming with an exposed fastener metal roof that was leaking at the field seams, along the coping and at the wall flashing.
Scope of Work
Removed the fasteners along about 10 leaking field seams
Sealed between the panels and reinstalled new fasteners
Coated the repaired seams with white silicone roof coating
Sealed 20 feet of coping laps and about 10 feet of wall flashing with silicone
Removed debris from the roof
Result: the leaking seams and flashing were sealed in a single visit.
